Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Coliva and protected by copyright laws.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. This will be returned within 14 days after move-out, subject to property condition assessment.

Tenancy Agreements

Room bookings and move-ins may be subject to a separate written tenancy agreement or licence agreement. Where applicable, that offline agreement should set out the premises, room, term, rent, deposit, payment dates, utilities, permitted occupants, pet terms, house rules, maintenance responsibilities, early termination, handover condition, deposit deductions, dispute handling, and any owner or building requirements.

Coliva aims for its offline residential agreements to be consistent with applicable Singapore law and regulatory requirements, including relevant URA, HDB, MCST, stamp duty, and residential tenancy requirements where they apply. If a specific statute or prescribed requirement applies to a tenancy, the offline agreement should be read and administered together with that requirement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before move-in: full refund of deposits. Cancellations made less than 30 days before move-in: no refund of deposits paid.
