A short set of rules that keep every Coliva house calm, clean and pet-friendly for the people and pets who already live there.

General Conduct

Respect your fellow residents and maintain a peaceful environment.
Keep common areas clean and tidy.
No smoking inside the premises.
Guests are welcome but must be accompanied by residents.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

Kitchen & Common Areas

Clean up after yourself immediately.
Label your food items in shared refrigerators.
Do not leave dirty dishes overnight.
Respect shared appliances and equipment.
