Pet Policy

Coliva is pet-friendly by default. Here's exactly what that means at our houses, who is welcome, and what we ask of pet owners.

Welcome to Pet-Friendly Living

We love pets and welcome well-behaved furry friends at every Coliva house. The guidelines below exist so the experience stays good for the pets, their owners and the wider house.

Allowed Pets

Small dogs and cats welcome. House-by-house specifics on enquiry.
Maximum 3 dogs per house across all residents.
Dogs and cats must be house-trained and well-socialised.
All pets must be supervised at all times in shared spaces.
All pets must be up to date with vaccinations, certified by any licensed veterinary clinic in Singapore.
Microchipping and an AVS dog licence are required where applicable under Singapore law.

Pet Responsibilities

Owners are fully responsible for their pets' behaviour and hygiene.
Clean up after your pet immediately.
Litter boxes, bedding and pet areas must be kept clean.
Sick or injured pets must receive prompt vet attention.
Additional pet deposit per room: $200 (refundable).
