We welcome dogs, cats, and other small pets! All our properties are designed with pets in mind, featuring pet-friendly flooring, secure outdoor spaces, and understanding housemates. We just ask that pets are well-behaved and owners are responsible for any damages.

Your rent includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bi-weekly common area cleaning, access to all shared spaces (kitchen, living room, terrace), and utilities. Each room comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and study area. Ensuite rooms have private bathrooms.

The prices listed are for 6-month leases, with most tenants opting for 6-12 month terms. A 3-month lease option can be discussed. A security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. We understand life changes, so early termination is possible with proper notice.

Yes, we have simple house rules to ensure everyone enjoys their stay: quiet hours after 10pm, no smoking indoors, guests are welcome but overnight stays should be communicated, and shared spaces should be kept clean. Full house rules are provided before signing.

After viewing, if you'd like to proceed, we'll need your ID/passport, proof of employment or student status, and the security deposit. Once approved, you can move in within days. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible!
