Our Story
Coliva opened its first pet-friendly rental house in Singapore in 2024. The reason was simple: finding a decent room to rent in this city shouldn't mean rehoming your dog or cat. We run houses where pets are part of the household, not a tolerated exception.
What we stand for
Our mission is straightforward: pet-friendly rooms for rent that are honest about what's included, what's not, and how the household works. Every home keeps a structured number of pet-friendly rooms so the shared environment stays comfortable for everyone. Fully furnished rooms, all-in pricing, no agent fees, flexible 3 to 12 month leases. Our houses sit in quiet residential neighbourhoods better suited to pets, with a short bus ride or quick commute to MRT.

Tour & Sign
Visit the house in person or by video, then sign a flexible 3–12 month lease.
Move In
Just bring your luggage, the room is fully furnished. Wi-Fi, utilities, and cleaning are all sorted for you.
