- Request correction of any inaccurate data

We will acknowledge your request within 3 working days, assess it within 7–14 working days, and complete any deletion within 30 days of your request.

🏠 House Rules
General Conduct
- Respect your fellow residents and maintain a peaceful environment
- Keep common areas clean and tidy
- No smoking inside the premises
- Guests are welcome but must be accompanied by residents
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
Kitchen & Common Areas
- Clean up after yourself immediately
- Label your food items in shared refrigerators
- Do not leave dirty dishes overnight
- Respect shared appliances and equipment
🐕 Pet Policy
Welcome to Pet-Friendly Living!
We love pets and welcome well-behaved furry friends. Here are our guidelines:
Allowed Pets
- Small pets are welcome — we generally accommodate dogs up to 15kg, subject to room size and on a case-by-case basis
- Maximum 3 dogs per house across all residents
- Dogs and cats must be house-trained and well-socialised
- All pets must be supervised at all times in shared spaces
- All pets must be up to date with vaccinations, certified by any licensed veterinary clinic in Singapore
Pet Responsibilities
- Owners are fully responsible for their pets' behavior and hygiene
- Clean up after your pet immediately
- Litter boxes, bedding, and pet areas must be kept clean
- Sick or injured pets must receive prompt vet attention
- Additional pet deposit per room: $200 (refundable)
💰 Refund & Deposit Policy
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required. This will be returned within 14 days after move-out, subject to property condition assessment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before move-in: Full refund of deposits. Cancellations made less than 30 days: No refund of deposits paid.
